Drive
Description
Your My Drive storage has a quota assigned to it based on your university affiliation. See Google Storage Quotas for information.
Drive lets you:
- store and access your school files anywhere—on the web, on your hard drive or on the go.
- access various apps such as:
- Docs (documents)
- Sheets (spreadsheets)
- Forms
- Slides (presentations)
- Drawings (charts)
- See: Get started with Drive
- access Google Shared Drives for simplified file sharing and better business continuity.
- Students that are working with or for their professors should confirm where files and data should be stored so that access is not lost when the student graduates or separates from the university.
- Shared Drives might be preferable for this type of work.
